A property dashboard that genuinely supports decisions

Choose a few useful questions

A dashboard can show many figures without helping you choose the next action. Begin with three questions: which sums need explaining, which properties need attention and which files await documents? They connect information directly to daily work. Then add indicators answering a real need. A busier screen is not necessarily a better management tool.

Explore the overview

Proprioo’s public presentation highlights received rent, properties and actions to follow up. Start with a total and try to find the items explaining it. A useful view should let you move from the overall figure to the relevant record. Treat demo amounts as fictional examples illustrating operation, not property performance targets.

Read reporting periods carefully

A monthly amount cannot be compared directly with an annual total. Always check the displayed period and the nature of the amounts included. Expected, received and outstanding rent answer different questions. Likewise, planned expenditure differs from a paid invoice. Before drawing a conclusion, express the figure in a simple sentence. If you cannot, look for its definition rather than interpreting its colour.

Move from observation to decision

Suppose a fictional property requires several repairs. The question is not only their cost but why they recur. Arrange a visit, collect supporting documents and seek technical advice where needed. An indicator raises a question; it does not automatically explain the cause. Retain this distinction when comparing management records with pre-purchase return assumptions.

Check reliability before comfort

During your Proprioo trial, verify some totals with fictional examples and observe what a correction changes. The public demo retains changes in the browser, with synchronised accounts unavailable when reviewed. Before real use, check data recovery and backups. A useful dashboard must be understandable and based on information you can verify and retain.
